Rose and Lavendar Face Toner
There are so many things that I have learned from the one makeup and skincare company I was with. One of the things, how important it is to put natural products on your face and skin, one's that aren't full of chemicals and artificial preservatives. It truly makes a difference on your skin and the way it looks. And with these lessons, I learned about face toners and it's roll in a daily skin regimen.
Face toners are an essential part for rebalancing the skin so it can absorb moisturizers. Cleansing interrupts the chemical balance of your skin which affects your skins ability to absorb.
Face toners give the skin a tight and refreshing feeling once the toner evaporates. It helps take redness away and is soothing on the skin. And it smells good, too. Another use I've found for Face toners is that it helps set your makeup. After applying your makeup, simply give a couple of spray's on the face (this took me a bit of getting used to, I would jump, every time I sprayed some on my face, LOL) and your makeup will stay fresh looking longer.
Here is one of my favorites and you can make it right at home, Rose & Lavender Face Toner.
What you'll need:
- 2 oz. Rose water or Rose Hydrosol
- 1 oz Witch Hazel
- 1 tsp Aloe Vera Gel
- 1/2 tsp vegetable glycerin
- 6 drops Lavender
- 4 drops Chamomile
Remember, be beautiful be natural be Natural Beauty!
